We stand by the quality of the products we sell in our online store!

All tires sold by Wheeler Tire Inc. are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against any workmanship defect and quality of the product/materials. The warranty period is mentioned on each tire’s product page.

The best part of purchasing your tires through us is that, unlike many other tire sellers, we actually help with the claims process, instead of just making you work with the manufacturers directly.

As a representative for the manufacturers of tires sold in our online store, Wheeler Tire Inc. will act as an intermediary for all warranty claims.

If you have any issues with the quality of the product you purchased, please get in touch with us, and we will guide you through the claim process.

Tire Installation Registration with Wheeler Tire Inc.

Tire installations must be registered with Wheeler Tire Inc. to be eligible for warranty claims through our system.

Once you install the tires you purchased, please submit the receipt/invoice, and a photo of one of the installed tires on a rim (can be installed on your car) to us via email with the current odometer reading (if not present on the invoice).

We will confirm your installation registration over email.

Important Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for warranty claims through Wheeler Tire Inc., several conditions must be met which include but are not limited to:

• Tires must be installed by an authorized professional. Self-installations will not be covered.
• Tire installations must be registered with Wheeler Tire Inc. Please see above.
• Proper maintenance:
  • Regular tire rotation (every 7,000 - 8,000 km).
  • Wheel geometry (alignment) must be within specifications.
  • Air pressure as indicated on the sticker located on the driver-side door panel.
  • Suspension and steering parts are in order.
  • Please keep all the documentation that proves proper maintenance, as it will help the claim process.
• Proper storage:
  • Proper tire storage (avoid extreme freeze, ozone generated by electric motors, UV rays)
  • Good driving habits (no racetrack use, or driving like on a racetrack)
  • Avoid exposure to acid, solvents, oils of any kind, etc.
